Based in New York, Doaa Dashoush is a Working Mom, Women in Leadership, and an Experienced Logistics Supply Chain professional.
Currently, Doaa is the President and CEO of GFASHION, a global luxury brand founded in October 2020 in Los Angeles. As of July 2021, however, the company has relocated to New York City, where the luxury fashion industry has a long history of blooming. Contrary to other fashion leaders, GFASHION stands out as a brand in that it does not adhere to the trends set by others. Instead, this luxury brand pursues innovative design, working with the top designers to curate bespoke collections reflecting the company’s craftsmanship. Each season, GFASHION welcomes new emerging talent to join its roster, celebrating the individuality of each one and the freedom of expression they bring to the table.
GFASHION is targeted towards luxury customers who view image as an expression of character, while also wanting to be part of a cult-like fashion community rivaling the likes of those seen with brands like Rick Owens. Due to her knowledge of and success in the supply chain industry, Doaa was recruited to GFASHION to re-launch the brand from the ground up. Not only has she played a pivotal role in shaping the vision of the brand, but she also has continued to grow her personal expression through fashion.
Prior to this role, Doaa Dashoush was the Executive Director Supply Chain Operations for Chanel Inc. Here, she was responsible for the overarching management and strategic vision across Chanel global supply chain which includes the Watches and Fine Jewelry Supply Chain, Aftersales, Customer Operations, Quality Control, Non-Sellable Finished Goods and Ecommerce supply chain.
“I have a fast-paced life,” Doaa says. “As a working mom, a business leader, and a professional in the fast-paced NYC-style business setting, life can move at a mile a minute.” Doaa is a mother of three, and life is never short of its adventures as she balances her career and her home life. But for Doaa, excellence is really the driving force behind both, and success in her career isn’t divorced from her family. “Working hard to provide a great life for my children is a big inspiration for me, and it’s something I love to do.”
Throughout her career, Doaa Dashoush has served as Merchandise Operations Manager for Cartier, Supply Chain and Inventory Control at Omega- Division of The Swatch Group (US), Senior Manager- Supply Chain & Network Planning at Aerogroup International, and Global Supply Chain – Operations at Verizon Inc. At her current role for G|FASHION, Doaa draws upon her career experience to bring her best to work everyday, and to do her best to serve as a role model for women in leadership.
Doaa Dashoush has her Bachelor of Business Administration from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY with a Minor in English. Doaa also received her Masters of Business Administration in 2020 from Strayer University, located in Piscataway, NJ.
Doaa is an Experienced Logistics Supply Chain professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Process Improvement, Budgeting, Business Planning, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, and Customer Success.
